| In order to meet your time service needs, we closely track all survey requests through completion and will provide regular updates as requested or required. Our workflow management system is automated to track each open item through the contact, appointment, completion, and submission phases of the survey process and to notify our designated time service staff of any deviation in the normal progress of a survey request. This not only serves as a reminder to our field staff to continually update their progress, but allows us to identify potential problems or delays early enough to address them effectively. When encountering potential delays or problems initiating contact, we will immediately contact you in the form of an extension or assistance request via email. We all understand that legitimate problems and delays can occur, but we are committed to minimizing their impact through communication and preemptive action. | ||
