Live access to your data at all times...

 
Once an order is entered into our database it is listed on your open order-tracking list. This enables you to see all current work on hand. This provides your internal staff with a single source of current data pertaining to all files open with Cox And Smith to allow for easier tracking. Our staff is, however, always proactively tracking your work and will update you with any potential delays or problems as they are encountered.

We also provide you with a link where you can view the actual data that was entered on the survey request. This information can easily be exported to Excel or other applications for your own internal tracking purposes. This data can be sorted by policy number, order ID, insured, and date in. Additional parameters can be added to suit your needs.
